I guess it's something that we all need to think about -- especially if we have old TVs. But does it need to be front and center on the City of San Jose's website?
If you visit the City's website you'll see a huge ticking time bomb-type thing counting down the days, hours, minutes, and seconds to the transition from analog television to digital television.

At first, I thought it was the countdown to the much-anticipated shaving of Councilmember Oliverio's beard/facial hair...but I was apparently wrong...
Does the City plan on having this eye-sore of a graphic on its homepage for the next 98...97...96 days? Let's hope not.
