Earlier today, (in the minor leagues Internet world) Watch Dog wrote about the State Legislature working late and how Assemblymember Coto was featured in a pictured sleeping while the Legislature was in lock-down.

But later this morning, this soon-to-iconic picture of Assemblymember Coto was featured (in the big leagues of the Internet world) in the DrudgeReport. Assemblymember Coto's image is right there for the world to see. He is the guy in the back row with a blanket on. (A blanket...Really?)
