Palo Alto Police Chief Lynne Johnson is "retiring" on December 19th.
Watch Dog was the first to predict this would happen. The last month or so has been tumultuous for the Chief. It was late in coming, but predictable.
In an (un)related note, the Palo Alto Police Department with the MP Police Department, picked up a robber this week who they think may be responsible for a rash of downtown PA and MP robberies.
