Appellate attorney Dallas Sacher hopes his wrongly convicted client is declared factually innocent after review of his tape shows Dr. James Crawford disputing medical assertions. Looks like Carr has more ‘splaining to do…

There is no truth to the rumor that it was more of those nasty videotapes clogging the sewers in the Santa Clara County Government Center. And the stench was raw sewage not worn out pols.
